Requirements
Required Qualifications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented approach to work Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Passion for supporting public safety and emergency services
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in software development, customer support, or emergency services Knowledge of fire/EMS operations and compliance requirements Familiarity with records management systems Understanding of NERIS and NEMSIS standards Experience with cloud-based software solutions Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
