We’re hiring a German & English Customer Retention Specialist to join a high-performing team supporting a global digital brand. This is your opportunity to combine customer experience with commercial impact in a fully remote setup. Your Mission As a Retention Specialist, your focus goes beyond support — you will actively drive customer loyalty, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.
