The Role & Team: Infovista is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join sales organisation. This role is designed for professionals looking to play a critical role in supporting our GTM teams by using their valuable experience in strategic planning and operational execution to achieve revenue targets for Infovista. As an operations manager, you will work closely with the executive and other senior leaders, assisting in the development and implementation of initiatives that drive efficiency and foster innovation. The Operations Manager responsibilities will encompass conducting research, analysing data, and supporting key projects across various departments. You will have the opportunity to engage with cross-functional teams, offering insights and recommendations that align with Infovista Goals. The ideal candidates will have an understanding of project management principles and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion in an efficient and effective manner. Responsibilities

Managing daily operations and overall administrative duties, work with Infovista CRM (Salesforce.com) Produce transparent recurring, and one-time reports in SFDC and excel to support business units Manage the global sales operations team. Build dashboards for sales or managers to demonstrate results in a clear professional manor. Maintain databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis Work with sales leaders to understand sales report needs, for Forecast and Sales pipeline. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of tasks and deadlines. Manage communications on behalf of the leadership, including preparing reports and presentations. Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning. Lead the planning and implementation of projects from initiation to closure. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets, to guide project delivery. Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks in a timely manner. Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and gather feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer science, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 year of relevant experience in a corporate or startup environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments and independently manage workloads. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferably in the software industry. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and departments.
