Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Support Temp
Title: Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Support Temp Location : Westchester County, NY Target Start Date : SAP Type: Contract(2-3 months) with Potential for extension Pay Rate: $22-$28/hr - DOE We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Temp to support our busy HR department and assist the Office Manager on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with beginner to intermediate HR experience looking to gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced environment. This is not a temp-to-perm opportunity. The role is strictly temporary to support our team during a high-volume period. HR RESPONSIBILITIES (75%) Recruiting Support
- Coordinate candidate and manager communications
- Schedule and manage interview logistics
- Administer PI assessments and in-office Excel skills tests
- Review and screen resumes
HR Administration
- Assist with scheduling and managing new employee orientations
- Support HR event planning and coordination
- Conduct a detailed audit of 2026 benefits enrollments
- Organize and maintain HR files
- Conduct I-9 audit and ensure compliance
- Provide general HR assistance as needed
OFFICE SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES (25%)
- Assist the Office Manager with expense filing - maintaining records, obtaining receipts from vendors and internal departments, and entering data into Concur
- Support company events and general office projects
- Print, copy, bind, and scan documents
- Assist with general office supply inventory and organization
- Provide miscellaneous project assistance as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Beginner to intermediate HR experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Experience with Monday.com plus
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus
