- *** What You’ll Do
- ** Complete initial screenings and comprehensive assessments for individuals of all ages
- Develop provisional diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and referral plans
- Provide brief therapeutic interventions and safety planning when clinically appropriate
- Help clients navigate next steps by coordinating follow-up care and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions into services
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in crisis response and emergency services when needed
- Stay informed about available programs, admission criteria, and community resources
- Take part in peer reviews, team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
- Support quality assurance, compliance, and program evaluation efforts
- Assist with data collection, reporting, and grant-related activities as needed
- Provide mental health education and outreach to support community awareness
- Complete required trainings and professional development activities
- Report critical incidents promptly and follow established procedures

- ** Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Required:
Active or provisional state licensure appropriate to your location and scope of practice, including: + LPC / PLPC + LCSW / LMSW + LP / PLP + LMFT / PLMFT
