A progressive, growth-focused law firm is looking to appoint experienced Immigration and Company Commercial Solicitors at a senior level. This is not a role for lawyers who want to inherit a full caseload — it's for those who are motivated to build, grow, and own their practice. If you're commercially sharp, confident winning work, and want a platform (not a ceiling), this will appeal. The Focus You will specialise in Immigration and/or Company Commercial law, with the autonomy to shape your offering and client base. The firm provides the infrastructure — you bring the clients and the ambition. What Matters Most This hire is centred on business generation. You must be comfortable:
- Actively winning new clients and building long-term relationships
- Developing your own pipeline — not relying on internal referrals
- Positioning yourself as a trusted adviser in your market
- Driving revenue and contributing to the firm's wider growth

- 8+ years' PQE as a qualified solicitor
- Strong background in Immigration and/or Company Commercial law
