Infusion Operations Associate Compensation $70,000–$80,000 base + bonus potential Final offer based on experience, skills, and impact.

About the Role

We’re scaling fast—and need builders. As an Infusion Operations Associate, you’ll help launch, optimize, and grow infusion services across multiple sites. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll improve workflows, solve problems in real time, and support teams on the ground. What You’ll Do Launch new clinics and support day-to-day operations Build and improve workflows (referrals, authorizations, billing, patient engagement) Train and onboard new team members; support ongoing development Audit processes to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency Analyze performance data and drive operational improvements Partner cross-functionally to solve problems and scale effectively Step in as needed to cover gaps and keep operations running smoothly What You Bring 3–5+ years of healthcare experience (infusion strongly preferred) Deep knowledge of intake, reimbursement, and prior auth processes Leadership or mentorship experience Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Familiarity with EMR systems and payer requirements Why This Role Build and shape a growing program High ownership and visibility Fast-paced, startup-style environment Real impact on patient care California residents employed by or applying for work at Shields have certain privacy rights.
