Insurance Verification Specialist Texas or Oklahoma residents
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Dental Insurance Verification & Claims Specialist to join our growing team. - Accurately verify dental insurance benefits
- Review, prepare, and submit claims with proper documentation, including x-rays
- Identify and distinguish pre-operative vs. post-operative x-rays
- Interpret dental images, including tooth numbering and treatment areas
- Collaborate with dental providers and administrative teams to ensure complete and accurate information
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA training provided) What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with dental insurance verification (required)
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, charting, and procedures
- Knowledge of dental codes, claims processes, and insurance guidelines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Experience with multiple dental software platforms is a plus Position Details
