To deliver high-quality, standards-aligned math instruction in a 100% virtual environment, the full-time Iowa Licensed Secondary Math Teacher will manage online curriculum implementation, facilitate live and asynchronous sessions, and monitor student performance data to provide individualized support. Key responsibilities Deliver core secondary mathematics instruction using both synchronous and asynchronous teaching methods while ensuring alignment with Iowa Core Mathematics Standards Regularly analyze student performance data to implement proactive interventions for those struggling with mathematical concepts Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and learning coaches, while participating in professional development to enhance online teaching practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field Valid Iowa Board of Educational Examiners teaching license with a grades 5-12 Mathematics endorsement Minimum of two years of successful teaching experience, preferably in a secondary setting Experience using Google Workspace suite in a professional or academic setting Access to a private, secure, high-speed internet connection with specified minimum speeds #J-18808-Ljbffr
