What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer service support for our Review Team. This role requires a unique blend of communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations. • Handle typing, merging, proofing, printing, and mailing of correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with external customers to furnish and request review information.
• Foster effective working relationships between careerzynith's internal and external customers, building trust and rapport with every interaction.
• Participate actively with the Review Team in identifying areas for potential improvement based on case reviews and process analysis.
• Answer the Beneficiary Helpline professionally, utilizing the hunt group and available functions effectively.
• Determine the best course of action to assist callers, whether through services offered by careerzynith or by referring them to external agencies, and properly enter referrals into the CMS system.
• Ensure all outgoing letters are sent in a timely manner with correct components included, reviewing carefully for grammatical and spacing errors.
• Obtain and validate notices and all components of medical records with precision and accuracy.
