Junior Account Manager (Chinese & English & Russian)

We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager (fluent in Chinese, Russian, and English speaking ) to join our team. Your main tasks will be: Managing and developing partners without income; Setting tasks in outsourcing and assigning them to teams, as well as writing instructions; Sending out communications to Affiliate Partners and collecting feedback; Managing project news channels; Working on Affiliate Partner's requests; Frequent questions from Affiliate Partners; Assistance with onboarding of new partners; Assistance in all CRM chats. We expect from you: Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+; Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+; Excellent communication skills; Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims; Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel); Advanced user of Google Workspace.
