We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Junior Business Order Admin Specialist to join our Finance Team. With you we will: Consider requests for processing of customer related data Check the information related to online order and customer data management requests in accordance with the instructions and procedures Perform actions (in the system), based on the results of consideration and verification of the request Interact with the structural divisions of the Company, the initiators of the request on the processing of the request and provide the necessary information support, receive the information necessary to fulfill Provide accurate and on time customers` orders release Perform controls according to Standards Reach targets for key KPIs, achieve team goals and improve business processes Build good relationship with our partners all over the world Key requirements: A professional with knowledge of either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations Good in analytics, planning, with organizational, time-management and communication skills Able to work with big volume of data; Ready to accept and adapt to changing environment Able to be a part of a team Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel Confident in English on at least Intermediate level Ready to work in non-standard schedule Let’s Talk Benefits: Competitive package: annual salary review and annual bonus, 28 paid vacation days, paid sick leave, medical insurance, IT Club discounts Work arrangements: hybrid in Lviv region or fully remote across Ukraine, official employment, standard schedule 9:00–18:00 with a flexible lunch break, company-provided equipment Corporate culture: international environment, diverse and inclusive teams, strong internal communities, knowledge sharing.
