Lead .NET Developer | 10–15 Years | Relocation Anywhere in USA We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer with 10–15 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and technical leadership. Required Skills: 10–15 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework Experience designing and developing Microservices and RESTful APIs Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and performance optimization Experience with Azure and/or AWS Cloud Services Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools Strong understanding of software design patterns, OOP principles, and system architecture Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
- Lead application architecture, development, and deployment activities.
- Develop and enhance Microservices and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive performance improvements.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
