Hiring is currently focused within Florida and Georgia as our team continues to expand. Role Summary: The Lead Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience. This individual will lead front-end development efforts, leveraging React.js and modern web technologies to build innovative solutions that align with business objectives. What You'll Do: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using React.js. Establish best practices for front-end development, including code quality, performance optimization, and maintainability. Mentor and guide a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks. Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of UI components and APIs. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our web development practices. Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies and frameworks. Ensure applications meet high standards of performance, accessibility, and security. Identify and resolve front-end performance bottlenecks. Implement testing strategies to maintain application reliability and reduce regressions. You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have: 8+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js. Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development tools. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration. Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
