Legal Assistant, part-time
FamFluence Talent Management, a leading influencer talent management agency exclusively representing 100+ of the top-performing family influencers in North America, is seeking a remote part-time Legal Assistant. What We Do FamFluence exclusively manages over 100 influencers across TikTok, Meta and YouTube. We handle all media campaigns, brand partnerships, licensing deals and endorsements/speaking engagements for our talent. Are you passionate about contracts and looking to make a difference in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing? Your main role will be reviewing, drafting, and editing contracts related to talent deals, brand partnerships, and more. This position is 100% virtual and incredibly collaborative.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships.
- Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company.
- Draft and modify contract templates.
- Flag non-standard or problematic language for escalation.
- Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal matters.
Qualifications
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal education preferred.
- 2+ years paralegal, legal assistant, or contract review experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus. Location Remote Salary $30/hr Apply To This Job
