Mental Health Therapist – Women's Health - 1099 Remote Contract

What we look for at Seven Starling

• * Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving women’s mental health such as perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause and menopause
• Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care
• Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
• Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare

What you'll do

• * Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting
• Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
• Work remotely in a fully flexible, but supportive environment

Who you are

• * Currently, we can only accept independently licensed mental health therapists who hold an active license as as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor or psychologist
• Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses
• Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in women’s mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause
• Candidates should also have experience working in a telehealth setting and consider themselves tech savvy
• A desire to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population while opening up access to care
• Are comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
• Bilingual is a plus!

$70 - $75 an hour $75: Intake/Assessment $70: 55 minute Individual Sessions $35: Client No Shows $300 for time associated with onboarding
