NEMS Systems Manager

We’re looking for a NEMS System Manager to join us at Telia. I’m Hannu Anttonen, Head of NEMS [Network Element Management Systems] and I’m searching for someone who’s excited to grow with us in the NEMS Team. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on both daily operations and development of our NEMS systems. Our responsibilities are at the core of mobile networks operations and development, supporting critical activities across all Telia countries. What you’ll do: As the NEMS Systems Manager, you will have ownership of both daily operations and development of our NEMS systems. We follow Agile ways of working through the SAFe framework, and you will be part of our NEMS Agile Team. You will work in tight collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders. You will have the possibility to shape the future of our systems by driving initiatives that improve efficiency and strengthen security. The work duties consist of but are not limited to: Responsibility for security, compliance, automation, availability, end user support, hardware & software lifecycle management of managed NEMS systems. Responsibility for NEMS systems upgrades, modernization and building future OSS stack. Managing the externally provided services we use for the NEMS systems. Contributing towards successful planning and executing of NEMS deliveries as decided, working in a cross-border and multi-national environment. What will help you thrive in this role: You are open-minded and thrive on collaboration to achieve your goals whilst maintaining a critical customer-centric view in all that you do. You are driven, organized, and able to prioritize instinctively. Minimum 5 years proven experience in Ericsson ENM/NEMS solution and potentially currently working as an OSS system manager/system administrator/expert. Strong knowledge of AI, IT security compliance, Automation, scripting, risk assessment and IAM&PAM. We expect that you have a university degree or similar with in the field of IT, Computer or Telecommunication system engineering. Fluency in English and Nordic or/and Baltic language both written and spoken.
