Remote L3 Network Technician (Cisco Meraki) – Fully Remote A leading enterprise infrastructure team is seeking an experienced L3 Network Technician to support a large-scale Cisco Meraki MX95 refresh deployment. This is a fully remote contract opportunity for a hands-on network professional with strong Cisco Meraki experience, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support network deployments in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This project is expected to run approximately 10–14 weeks. Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role. - Monday – Thursday: 5/6 PM – 4/5 AM

Project Meraki MX95 Refresh Deployment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead remote deployment and installation support activities for Cisco Meraki MX95 refresh projects
- Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, routing, switching, and circuit-related issues
- Coordinate with field engineers, carriers, and vendors to ensure successful installation execution
- Perform configuration, validation, and post-deployment testing within Cisco Meraki environments
- Monitor, update, and manage deployment activities through ServiceNow
- Analyze and resolve network incidents while maintaining project timelines
- Provide technical guidance and escalation support for installation teams
- Document findings, deployment updates, and troubleshooting activities
- Utilize scripting and automation where applicable to improve deployment efficiency
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki technologies, including MX appliances
- Advanced understanding of IP networking, routing, switching, VPNs, and WAN connectivity
- Experience supporting enterprise network deployments, refreshes, or migrations
- Working knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, or operational tasks
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow in a technical support or deployment environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco Meraki deployment or administration experience
- CCNA, Meraki, Network+, or similar networking certifications
- Experience supporting SD-WAN environments
- Prior experience working overnight deployment windows or refresh projects
- Familiarity with network automation concepts and scripting best practices
