Nonqualified Relationship manager – 100% Remote, up to 100k
Nonqualified Relationship Manager (Remote) Location: Remote (U.S.) Travel: Occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Nonqualified Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with clients, advisors, and strategic partners while serving as a subject matter expert on executive benefit solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Nonqualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) plans, Corporate-Owned Life Insurance (COLI), and Bank-Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing client and advisor relationships.
- Provide guidance and support on NQDC, COLI, and BOLI programs.
- Conduct client reviews and assist with plan design, implementation, and servicing.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Support business development efforts and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in nonqualified benefits, executive compensation, retirement consulting, insurance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of NQDC plans and executive benefit strategies.
- Experience with COLI and BOLI programs required.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.
- NQPC™ (Nonqualified Plan Consultant) designation preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Bonus opportunity based on performance.
