Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B Technical Consultant (Offshore)
Job Title: Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B Technical Consultant (Offshore) Location: Offshore / Remote Employment Type: Contract (Fixed Price or Time & Materials – TBD) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B Technical Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and/or Customer Care & Billing (CC&B). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical development and configuration expertise within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and have experience delivering enhancements, integrations, customizations, and production support for utility billing and customer service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B solutions. Configure and customize Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) components. Develop and maintain: Custom Algorithms Portals Extracts Interfaces Reports Batch Processes Configure application components including: Portals Zones UI Maps BPA Scripts Plug-In Scripts Service Scripts Data Areas Perform Java and SQL development activities. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and production issues. Develop and maintain integrations using XML and web service technologies. Create technical design documents and solution specifications. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities. Collaborate with functional teams, business analysts, and project stakeholders. Experience with utility industry implementations and support projects. Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities architecture and development best practices. Experience with system integrations and interface development. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Preferred Certifications Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing 2 Certified Implementation Specialist Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Implementation Essentials Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Implementation Professional Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Foundations Associate Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer Desired Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment. Experience working in Agile and client-facing projects.
