Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join reputed company. This is a part-time, telework position that provides the flexibility to work remotely. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction, while coordinating delivery schedules and providing reputed company support. The ideal candidate for this job is personable, dependable, detail oriented, and has a strong work ethic. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
• Prepare professional correspondence for new, existing, and potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Coordinate delivery schedules

• Communicate key information to team members
• Provide additional administrative support as needed, which may include marketing, database management, and business development tasks Requirements
