What You'll Do

You'll become an expert at helping prospective clients understand whether we're the right fit for them. Your responsibilities include: Answering inbound calls from prospective clients Following up with warm leads who requested information Building genuine rapport before discussing appointments Helping people understand why they're still struggling despite trying other treatments Scheduling Discovery Visits with qualified prospects Maintaining accurate CRM records Confirming appointments to reduce no-shows Coordinating with our clinical team Following proven sales processes while sounding like a real human Who This Is For You'll probably love this role if you: Love talking to people Naturally build trust Like solving problems Stay calm in fast-paced environments Are extremely organized Enjoy learning psychology, communication, and sales Can balance empathy with confidence Take ownership without needing constant direction Like being measured by results Who This Isn't For This role probably isn't a fit if you: Hate talking on the phone Get uncomfortable discussing money Need someone checking your work constantly Prefer routine over growth Make excuses instead of solving problems Don't enjoy learning What Success Looks Like You'll receive extensive training before taking calls independently. As you grow, you'll be responsible for: Converting approximately one-third of qualified leads into Discovery Visits Creating exceptional first impressions Maintaining detailed and organized records Following up consistently Becoming an expert communicator Training You'll Receive We don't expect you to know healthcare sales.
