Podcast Producer & Editor for Teen Interviews
I am launching a podcast called Reverse Mentor — a video interview show where teens share their stories, knowledge, and perspectives with the world. Primary audience is teens, secondary is parents. I am looking for a long term podcast producer and editor to handle the full post-production workflow on an ongoing weekly basis. This is not a one-off job — I need someone reliable who wants to grow with the show. The workflow: I record all interviews on Riverside.fm Pro. I will share the project with you directly inside Riverside. You take it from there. What you deliver per episode: Full edited video episode — clean cuts, pacing, color, audio polished Intro and outro music overlaid (music files provided) 3-5 short vertical clips (60-90 seconds) optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels Captions burned into every clip Publishing to platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube) Your first task: Assess our Riverside Pro setup and advise whether it handles publishing and distribution sufficiently, or whether a separate podcast host like Transistor is needed. Requirements: Riverside.fm experience is mandatory Video editing experience (not just audio) Short form social content experience Reliable, communicative, and detail oriented Available to turn around episodes within 3-5 days of recording Budget: $100/episode This is a long term role.
