Product Analyst
Zoro.com is a leading eCommerce platform offering nearly 12 million tools, parts and supplies for our business customers. As a Product Analyst, you will partner with product teams to provide data-driven insights to improve customer experience and help translate business questions into measurable analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support the tracking and analysis of key product metrics, user funnels, and behaviors to evaluate performance
- Assist in translating business questions into structured analytical tasks, with guidance from product managers and senior team members
- Support the execution and analysis of A/B tests and experiments using established tools and methodologies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports based on defined requirements
- Identify basic trends and patterns in data and contribute to broader team analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support product initiatives, following established frameworks and guidance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 1-3 years of experience with SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of key product metrics, user funnels, and performance drivers
- Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor insights to your audience
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, or automation
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools for exploratory data analysis and automation
