Product Manager – Senior, Staff, Principal
Job Description:
- You'll own discovery, prioritization, and delivery on a high-leverage area of Monarch's product.
- Take end-to-end responsibility from identifying the opportunity through shipping and iterating in-market.
- Manage a large, interconnected surface area without losing focus.
- Make decisions using quantitative data, qualitative research, and customer feedback.
- Communicate in a way that is clear, succinct, and proactive across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of PM experience with a track record of shipping products
- Strong technical fluency
- Familiarity with financial data or data platform products is a meaningful advantage
- Experience in fintech, personal finance, or other trust-sensitive consumer domains is nice to have
- Background at an organization known for strong product craft and high-velocity execution is a nice to have
- Experience at an early-stage or scaling startup where you were a hands-on builder is a nice to have
