Property Manager-Residential Single Family Properties-Remote Experienced Only
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and experience in property management, customer service, and conflict resolution. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage tenant relationships, ensure compliance with legal regulations, and maintain the overall quality of the properties under management. Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
- Utilize property management softwares for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Provide strong phone communication skills and response time
- Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Implement effective sales strategies for upselling available units or services.
- Maintain accurate records of property maintenance requests and navigate property maintenance dispatch and follow up
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Experience
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is required.
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in facilities management and maintaining compliance with safety standards is beneficial.
- Must have strong phone skills and customer service mindset
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and office experience is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required to effectively communicate with tenants and vendors.
