Description I’m looking for a few PT-trained individuals (Physical Therapy background required) to assist and motivate me with stretching and strengthening exercises via video sessions. This is a flexible, on-demand gig, not a full-time role. Sessions happen whenever I’m available and you’re available. Your role is to guide, observe, and keep me accountable while I follow an existing exercise plan. What You’ll Do Join me on video calls (WhatsApp) Guide me through stretching and strengthening routines Watch my form and correct mistakes Demonstrate exercises when needed Help keep sessions consistent, motivating, and engaging Important I already have exercises from my provider You are NOT diagnosing or prescribing treatment This is for general fitness, mobility, and injury prevention
Requirements
Background in Physical Therapy (required) PT degree or license is a strong plus (preferred) Strong knowledge of body mechanics, stretching, and strengthening Comfortable being on camera (required) Good English communication Friendly, motivating, and reliable Schedule US Eastern Time (EST) Flexible / on-demand sessions Typical availability windows: (depending on the day) Morning (~10 AM EST) Afternoon (12–3 PM EST) Evening (7–9 PM EST)
