QA Engineer/ Senior QA Engineer
Location: Remote ( Preferable if the candidate location is Bengaluru) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced QA professional to lead quality assurance efforts, ensure high-quality releases, and drive both manual and automation testing. The role involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams to improve overall product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and quality standards
- Perform manual and/or automated testing for web, mobile, and APIs
- Participate in sprint, regression, and release testing
- Identify, track, and resolve defects
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Communicate risks, issues, and quality metrics
- Mentor junior team members and improve QA processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience, including 1–2 years in a lead role
- Strong manual testing skills with knowledge of automation frameworks
- Experience with SaaS products and API testing (e.g., Postman)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
