Quality Engineer

Infios is looking for a talented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. What a day in the life looks like: Build a strong understanding of product architecture and identify opportunities to enhance automation and design Deliver high-quality results aligned with project metrics for velocity, quality, and estimation accuracy Drive innovation and continuous improvement in automation and testing approaches, adopting new technologies as needed Contribute to process and workflow improvements while adhering to team standards Collaborate cross-functionally to align on requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals Communicate effectively through clear documentation, code demos, and concise written updates What you bring to the team: Fluent in English 3-5 years of experience in software automation development Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field 2+ years of experience in an Agile development environment Proven ability to independently design and develop automation frameworks Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members Demonstrated ability to articulate a major technical problem and its corresponding solution Experience in a Microservice environment with services created from scratch and deployed to the cloud Preferred 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management domains LI-SK LI-REMOTE Why join us?
