Position: Compliance & Regulatory Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $90–$125/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities
- Build long-horizon compliance tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
- Develop scenarios in policy and program design, regulatory tracking, and assessments with checkable answers.
- Create policies and training materials covering required elements and defined curricula.
- Conduct rule change analyses with ground-truth applicability decisions.
- Design risk assessments with defined scoring and DPIAs with correct control mappings.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs.
- Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, SOX, AML/KYC, or the EU AI Act.
- Proficiency in producing compliance artifacts: policies, risk assessments, training materials, regulatory change memos.
- Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
Preferred
- CIPP, CAMS, JD, or equivalent certifications.
