[Remote] 1099 Clinical Trainer-Aesthetic Devices
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Powered By MRP is expanding its network of independent Clinical Trainers to support customer education and device onboarding throughout the United States. The role involves providing hands-on training, treatment demonstrations, and clinical support for aesthetic practices utilizing various medical devices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person and virtual customer training sessions
- Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, and aesthetic providers on device operation and treatment protocols
- Deliver hands-on clinical instruction and treatment demonstrations
- Support customer onboarding and ensure successful device implementation
- Provide clinical best practices, treatment planning, and patient selection guidance
- Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams
- Complete training documentation and feedback reports following each training event
- Serve as a positive brand representative in the field
- Identify opportunities for additional training, equipment needs, and business referrals, communicating those opportunities to the sales team
Skills
- Licensed aesthetic or medical professional (LME, RN, NP, PA, MD, DO, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing aesthetic treatments
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Professional liability insurance (if applicable to licensure)
- Independent contractor (1099) status
- Experience with aesthetic lasers, IPL, RF, body contouring, or other energy-based technologies preferred
- Previous training, education, or speaking experience strongly preferred
- Laser Safety Officer Certification preferred
- Clinical training for aesthetic device manufacturers or distributors
- Experience with multiple aesthetic platforms and technologies
- Existing relationships within the aesthetic industry
- Experience supporting product launches or educational events
