[Remote] 1LMX Deputy Program Manager (GBDS & PPM)

Lockheed Martin is a leader in aerospace and defense, and they are seeking a Deputy Program Manager for their 1LMX Program Management team. The role involves overseeing program management of portfolios/products within 1LMX, ensuring alignment with business needs and managing costs and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing across the enterprise and Business Areas to ensure solutions to meet business need, while managing the overall cost and schedule of the 1LMX product
- The chosen individual will be expected to work closely with IT service owners, Functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure 1LMX key transformation capabilities, delivery timelines, and service impacts are understood and aligned with business needs, as well as defined budget targets
- Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications
- Manages risks, issues and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products
Skills
- Project / program management experience in an Agile Development Environment (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, & project execution)
- Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
- Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, the capability to listen and influence, and is proficient in project management
- Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
- Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices
- Knowledge of LM Risk and Opportunity processes and procedures
- Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning
- Experience in multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas
- Experience with 1LMX
