- Skilled at asking the right questions and drawing out how a business really works
- Organized and proactive, with experience managing a pipeline and closing contracts
- Comfortable coordinating multiple clients and projects at once
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Airtable, SmartSuite, Make, etc.)
