Responsibilities
- Team Oversight: Oversee the Accounting Supervisors, ensuring their teams meet performance expectations
- Collaboration: Work alongside the US and other entities Tax/Accounting Management team on performance monitoring and implementing policies
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure that the team meets targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the accounting teams
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Foster collaboration between the Accounting team and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and communication
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in international accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and reporting tools
- Experience with KPIs and performance management systems
