[Remote] Ai Engineer x4
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aventis Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing AI and technology scale-up in the US to hire four AI Engineers. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI applications that address real-world business challenges and transforming how organizations leverage data and intelligent software.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve AI-powered platforms that are transforming how organisations use data, automation, and intelligent software
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that combine modern AI, software engineering, and cloud technologies to solve meaningful business challenges
- Work across AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Product, and Cloud Infrastructure, Software Engineering
- Transform ideas into production-ready AI solutions that are scalable, secure, and commercially impactful
- Experiment with new technologies, contribute fresh ideas, and play an active role in shaping the future direction of the company's AI capability
Skills
- Experience developing AI-powered applications using modern LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, or intelligent automation
- Strong Python development skills, with exposure to JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, or Go considered advantageous
- Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or similar enterprise AI platforms
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval
- Familiarity with model development, inference, evaluation, prompt engineering, and MLOps principles
- Experience building AI solutions within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud-native development, CI/CD, and scalable software architecture
- Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, structured and unstructured data, modern data pipelines, and AI-ready datasets
- Comfortable working alongside Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX teams, and Engineering Leaders within agile environments
- Passion for emerging AI technologies with the curiosity to continually explore, test, and implement new ideas
