[Remote] AI Operations Analyst (Global & LATAM)

They are seeking an AI Operations Analyst to manage client engagements, ensuring that systems run smoothly and clients receive the necessary support. The role involves diagnosing client needs, updating tools, monitoring quality, and onboarding new clients.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for client teams
- Figure out what the client actually needs and what the response should look like
- Once you know the right response, go into Notion, Linear, Slack, Google Workspace, Claude, Fireflies, etc. and make it real
- Read messy material, find the structure, produce a summary, decision log, brief, or procedure
- Keep each client's institutional memory layer organized, current, and trustworthy
- Review AI-assisted outputs on a regular cadence
- Write the procedures and reference materials that let a client's team operate on their own
- Stand up tooling, ingest context, build initial structures, get routines running
Skills
- Experienced in frontline support and client engagement
- Ability to diagnose problems and understand client needs
- Experience with tools such as Notion, Linear, Slack, Google Workspace, Claude, Fireflies
- Skill in turning messy material into useful artifacts like summaries and decision logs
- Ability to steward and maintain a knowledge base
- Experience in monitoring quality and reviewing AI-assisted outputs
- Ability to document systems and write procedures
- Experience in onboarding new clients and setting up tooling
- Wired for correctness and attention to detail
- Ability to learn by doing and self-teach new tools and techniques
- Desire to own outcomes and take responsibility
- Ability to translate client requests into actionable tasks
- No finance background or degree required, but must be smart, curious, and easy to work with
