The role involves translating business requirements into functional specifications and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions for the MAX solution implementation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications, facilitating workshops, documenting business processes, supporting UAT activities, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions for the MAX solution implementation
• Experienced Business Analyst with expertise in enterprise application implementation, business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience with enterprise application implementation and business process mapping
• Knowledgeable in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and UAT coordination
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledgeable on the ADOT MVD MAX Solution
