[Remote] AVP, Business Loan Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NewtekOne is a financial holding company providing a range of business and financial solutions to the small- and medium-sized business market. The AVP, Business Loan Specialist will assist the Lending division in delivering excellent customer service and support loan application processes.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Lending division in providing outstanding customer service to existing and potential lending customers
- Assisting in the completion of loan applications and the compilation of necessary documents needed to pre-qualify loan applications and complete both the underwriting and closing process
Skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency and excellent phone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, i.e. Word, Excel, etc
- Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and problem solving
- Ability to meet deadlines and plan accordingly
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills are essential
- Self-motivating and great team work attitude
- Ability to quickly learn about company products and services
- Ability to multi task and work with several applications concurrently
- Mandatory participation in hands on training and coaching modules
- College degree is preferred
