[Remote] Board Advisor, Investment Banking (Taking Companies To $100M+)
Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Unite Digital Holdings is seeking a Board Advisor in Investment Banking to assist companies in achieving $100M+ in enterprise value. The role focuses on strategic opportunity matching and deal sequencing, leveraging your expertise to enhance company readiness for liquidity events.
Responsibilities
- Identify companies preparing for liquidity in 2–5 years
- Introduce qualified decision-makers (Founder, CEO, Chair, CFO, Investor)
- Help assess timing, seriousness, and structural readiness
- Protect the integrity and scarcity of The GAP
- Participate in capital strategy discussions when appropriate Skills
- Currently hold Director, Managing Director, or Senior Advisor titles
- Advise founders, boards, and investors on liquidity, recapitalization, and strategic alternatives
- See companies that are 'almost ready' for a transaction — but not optimized
- Understand multiple compression and expansion dynamics
- Recognize value destruction before it shows up in CIMs
- Prefer performance-based upside without operational burden
- Want better-prepared companies entering a process
- $10M–$50M revenue (or clear line of sight)
- $2.5M+ EBITDA (or structural path to it)
- Serious ambition to reach $100M+ enterprise value
- Founder-led, professionally managed, PE-backed, or family-owned
- Financially stable but plateaued
- Willing to submit to structured accountability and execution discipline Benefits
