[Remote] Business Development Assistant

Therap Services is the national leader in online electronic health records and documentation for people with developmental disabilities, seeking a Remote Assistant Business Development Consultant. The role involves assisting with customer inquiries, closing sales, and building relationships within prospective and current organizations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with responding to potential customer inquiries with formal and informal presentations, including demos of the Therap system
- Communicate the value of Therap Services solutions with prospects and clients
- Assist with negotiations to close sales of Therap Services products
- Assist with closing sales of Therap Services products
- Assist with upgrading clients' use of Therap Services
- Build relationships within prospective and current organizations
- Network, prospect and qualify account opportunities
- Utilize CRM documentation
- Attend industry conferences
Skills
- Experience utilizing Therap for a year plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain close relationships with the Sales team and customers
- Ability to use consultative and sales skills to understand customer business requirements and recommend Therap Services solutions that best solve their business needs
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Ability to be flexible to operate in a customer focused environment and advocate for customers across a cross-functional organization
