[Remote] Business Intelligence Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IFG - International Financial Group is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Supply Chain Operations and Data Analytics to support Microsoft's Supply Chain organization. The role involves analyzing data, developing reporting solutions, and translating business requirements into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to support business decisions and operational improvements
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Order Fulfillment teams to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Support business users by providing data-driven insights and reporting
  • Perform data validation, reporting, and process analysis
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement business solutions
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting project timelines and deliverables
  • Proactively identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Operations Analyst, or similar role
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics and reporting
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain experience supporting areas such as: Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Master Data
  • Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing business analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Experience supporting cloud or technology supply chain operations
  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and KPI reporting
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices
  • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
