[Remote] Chief Marketing Officer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clarity Debt Resolution Inc is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to shape and lead their enterprise marketing strategy. The CMO will oversee brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives while partnering with executive leadership to align marketing priorities with the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the enterprise marketing strategy in alignment with the organization’s mission, business plan, and growth objectives
  • Establish and advance brand strategy, market positioning, and messaging to strengthen awareness, differentiation, and reputation
  • Oversee integrated marketing programs across digital, content, communications, public relations, social media, events, and other relevant channels
  • Direct demand generation and customer acquisition strategies that improve pipeline performance, conversion, retention, and revenue contribution
  • Lead market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insight efforts to inform strategic decisions, product positioning, and campaign priorities
  • Partner with executive leadership, sales, product, operations, and finance to align marketing initiatives with enterprise priorities and measurable business outcomes
  • Define key performance indicators for the marketing function and use analytics, attribution, and reporting to evaluate effectiveness and optimize investment
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and return on investment
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing organization that fosters accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure marketing practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and brand standards while protecting the organization’s reputation

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including significant experience in senior or executive marketing leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise marketing strategies that support growth, brand expansion, and customer engagement
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering with executive stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Strategic marketing leadership with the ability to translate business priorities into integrated go-to-market plans and measurable outcomes
  • Expertise in brand management, demand generation, digital marketing, communications, customer segmentation, and market positioning
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, performance measurement, and marketing ROI analysis
  • Advanced analytical capability with experience using data, customer insights, and market intelligence to guide decision-making
  • Executive-level communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders, present strategy, and align cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of evolving marketing technologies, automation platforms, CRM ecosystems, and data-informed campaign management
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change, scaling marketing operations, and building high-performing teams
  • Strong project and operational management skills with the ability to prioritize initiatives and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Exercises sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive and high-impact matters
  • Demonstrates strategic mindset, curiosity, and learning agility in response to market shifts and organizational change
  • Builds trust and credibility through transparent communication, integrity, and follow-through

  • Experience in digital transformation, marketing analytics, customer insights, and performance-based marketing strongly preferred
