[Remote] Clinical Product Specialist - 3D Radiology Start-Up
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CT19 is an Oxford-headquartered medical imaging company developing innovative 3D imaging technology. They are seeking a Clinical Product Specialist to deliver training and support for their 3D X-ray systems across the US, focusing on customer engagement and product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical training, applications support and product demonstrations to customers across the US
- Educate radiology and clinical users on the benefits and effective use of the company’s medical and veterinary imaging systems
- Build strong customer relationships to support product adoption and maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Support the sales team with clinical and product expertise during customer discussions
- Help develop presentations, training materials and other customer-facing content
- Work closely with Service and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve the user experience
- Gather customer feedback on image quality, workflow and system performance to support future product development
Skills
- Background in Radiography, Radiologic Technology or a related radiology discipline
- Previous experience in a Clinical Applications Specialist or similar clinical applications role
- Strong understanding of radiographic imaging and image interpretation
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and applications training in clinical environments
- Proven ability to build credibility with clinical users and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
- Problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail
- Confident creating impactful PowerPoint presentations
- Ideally based Central or East Coast, with easy access to a major domestic airport
- Frequent travel across the United States
