[Remote] Cloud Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aaratech Inc. is seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer to join our cloud infrastructure team. In this role, you will design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable AWS cloud solutions while supporting cloud migration, automation, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure and services
- Build and maintain EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, and other AWS resources
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security
- Support cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization projects
- Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support cloud-based applications
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, and Route 53
- Basic understanding of networking, Linux/Windows administration, and cloud security
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AWS CloudFormation or Terraform
- Knowledge of Docker or containerization technologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and Git
- Basic scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Any certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate are a plus
