[Remote] Commission-Only Outside Sales Rep — Rental / Home Services Marketing

They are seeking an Outside Sales Rep to engage in commission-only cold outreach sales to local rental companies, focusing on building relationships and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling portable toilet and dumpster rental companies
- Following up with prospects through phone, email, and direct outreach
- Starting conversations around their directory listing and featured partner availability
- Booking and/or closing qualified sales conversations
- Tracking activity inside our CRM
- Following provided scripts, workflows, and follow-up processes
- Managing your assigned state or region without internal competition
Skills
- Prior sales experience required
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls
- Must be organized and able to track activity in a CRM
- Must be willing to work on commission only
- Cold outreach experience strongly preferred
- Blue-collar, home services, local business, or B2B sales experience preferred
