[Remote] Community Growth Lead / Partner (Web3 & Fintech) – Equity-Based (US-Based)

SureStack Technology Group Inc. is a US-backed digital asset risk intelligence firm focused on building operational resilience infrastructure for the Web3 and Fintech ecosystem. They are seeking a Community Growth Lead to build, scale, and maintain organic community ecosystems, emphasizing a structured approach to community growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute an organic growth strategy to build highly engaged communities on Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, and Instagram
- Transition casual followers into highly engaged ecosystem participants
- Track, analyze, and report weekly community metrics based on defined KPIs
- Work directly with the founding team to align community narrative with our core corporate fintech brand
Skills
- Proven Track Record (Portfolio Mandatory): You must present a clear, verifiable portfolio of past projects where you personally built and scaled the community
- Founder-Level References: You must provide written testimonials, along with the direct email and phone number, of the Founders/CEOs of your previous Web3/Fintech projects. We will conduct rigorous reference checks
- US-Based: This position is strictly open to talent based in the United States
- Background Screening & Drug Testing: As an institutional fintech firm, the finalized candidate will be required to pass a mandatory background check and a drug screening test
