FIS is a leading provider of technology solutions for the financial services industry, and they are seeking a Consultant Lead for their Professional Services team. The role involves designing and implementing Systematics practice offerings, identifying business process improvements, and providing technical expertise to enhance client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Designs, enhances and implements Systematics practice offerings to support client requirements and address market opportunities
- Identifies business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience
- Researches and resolves critical issues related to practice in a timely and professional manner
- Provides technical and Systematics business domain expertise
- Performs other related duties as required
Skills
- Must have in depth Systematics ALS-SM application domain experience that can be applied to different delivery practice offerings such as upgrades, conversions, production support, training, migrations, and other implementation services
- Must have demonstrated leadership skills and ability to get along effectively on teams
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Both Systematics Technical and Business domain expertise
