In this role, you will help maintain the quality and accuracy of music, podcast, and video content on the platform by managing operational requests and resolving content-related issues.

Skills
- Experience using Zendesk or another ticketing/case management platform
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable performing repetitive operational work while maintaining accuracy
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to explain how AI has been used to improve workflows or productivity
