[Remote] Content & Storytelling Wizard
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. In this Content & Storytelling role, you’ll create videos, written content, and other storytelling assets that highlight how essential businesses use AI to grow revenue and enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Tell the stories of Netic customers and industry leaders across video, articles, social content, and more, turning the people we feature into heroes
- Own Netic’s organic social presence and help build the playbook for how we show up across Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels
- Create helpful, engaging content such as email newsletters, product guides, and educational resources that help businesses get more value from Netic
- Support go-to-market efforts with high-impact sales and marketing assets, including case studies, one-pagers, and other enablement materials
Skills
- Experience in content creation, including video, written content, and storytelling assets
- Ability to create engaging content for various platforms including social media, email newsletters, and educational resources
- Experience in managing organic social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong storytelling skills to highlight customer success and industry leaders
- Ability to support sales and marketing efforts with high-impact assets like case studies and one-pagers
