[Remote] Contract Digital Marketing Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Devoted Health is on a mission to improve the health and well-being of older Americans by providing integrated healthcare solutions. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join their Growth Marketing team, responsible for acquiring new customers and managing advertising campaigns effectively.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Meta, YouTube, Search, and more
- Coordinate with external ad vendors
- Collaborate with our creative team to produce beautiful marketing materials that advance the Devoted brand and generate successful results
- Ensure 100% compliant, error free marketing materials
- Use Monday.com to manage creative requests with our in house video, design, copy, and compliance teams
- Leverage Looker and google sheets to track channel performance
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations
- Previous experience managing paid media campaigns and knowledge of the mar-tech ecosystem (ex: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager)
- Working knowledge on digital marketing measurement and optimization strategies and tools such as A/B testing, attribution models, tracking pixels
- Experience with project management tools (ex: Monday.com or Asana)
- An extremely keen eye for detail and the ability to keep multiple projects organized and moving forward on schedule
- Persistence in problem-solving; willing to 'try things out' and iterate to find solutions
- Flexible and willing to adapt approach based on performance and business goals
- Proactive, self-motivated learner who enjoys honing their craft and becoming better each day
- Collaborative team player, ability to work well with others, excellent communication
